Find out how we are?prioritising our team's well-being here?at HQ, We've also got a?case study to share that demonstrates how to incentivise and reward in style.

SLEEK'S WELLNESS WEEKS?- Team well-being has always been a?priority here at Sleek - so we are very proud of our Wellness Weeks program which has just kicked off. Our team are?enjoying yoga sessions, gong baths and?grounding meditations (led by our very own Gabriella!) plus there are weekly breakfast spreads, ice cream and?coffee vans. We've also thrown in some game-changing career guidance talks, roller skating, nail sessions and?team bonding with games, drinks and a night of music with the incredible?SongDivision !

SLEEK'S SUMMIT STORY - It's always a very exciting time for our team as the Summit season approaches. This month will see Sleek deliver the AWS Summit Stockholm on the 11th of May at Stockholmsm?ssan... And once the team wraps in Sweden, they are straight back to HQ as the AWS Summit London takes place at ExCeL London on the 7th June. CASE STUDY SPOTLIGHT - Sleek created a winter escape incentive in Morzine, France for global security solution provider, Rapid7. The client was looking to reward the highest sellers of their product at Softcat. Sleek designed the competition, promoted it across a six-month period and hosted the?prize of an unforgettable weekend skiing in the French Alpine town. MAY MENTORING?- Our talented team bring a vast range of skills from?their diverse backgrounds and the annual Sleek mentoring program allows these?to be shared with one another.?This week we wanted to introduce Project Director & Sleek Mentor,?Victoria - who brings her 15 years of experience in luxury events to the program - working for brands including Cartier, Bally and Milan Fashion Week. Victoria's eye for detail and success at delivering for global audiences makes?her?an inspiring mentor to have on?your side.
