If there's one School of Art that I would apply to it's Slade, why, simply in my opinion it's the best in the world. Others might disagree but that is your privilege, but this place has students applying from all over the world, the US, China, Europe, and South America all want in. Why is this place so famous, well you have to visit. Its rich history, it's the hallways of this monument to art that embodies an atmosphere like none other, on entering you are met with such an atmosphere. I've been going since I moved back to London. I went last week to their undergraduate show and soon will go to their?masters?show. The school is a place for painters like me to visit and to take in, it's a place of pure experimentation, and if I wasn't doing my access course to Medicine this year I'd apply. This is a place that, come to the end of your study, you would hate to leave! I for one, would leave screaming, begging for another year, another week.
