Slack + Salesforce 2021 Recap

Happy Holidays as we wrap up 2021, the year Slack joined the Salesforce family. The year ends with the Spring 22 release and big momentum heading into the last month Salesforce's fiscal year.

• Slalom's ETHOS program launched to help customers solve and adapt our new work models. Employees want more?flexibility, and employers have started to embrace hybrid and remote working models.
• Nicolai Johnson-Borelli wrote about the Tableau CRM tricks, here on Medium,
• Brett Stineman was featured in a Dreamforce + Frontiers recap session.
• Carrick Carpenter and Anne Skelding spoke at Slack Frontiers about Driving connection with Slack at Slalom.
• Sandy Meers of Slalom Chicago named the Chicago Slack Community leader.
• Jim Kohs lands a first for Slalom, scoring both Slack Admin and Platform Certification
• Tableau 21 conference launched with 112,5000 customers, partners and employees in a Slack workspace for the 100% digital event
• In the meantime, we have partnered with Centro for a Customer Onboarding solution and with Troops.AI for CPQ approvals in Slack.
• Salesforce Developers streamed codeLive with four "Building with Slack" videos for developers
• Ending the year, the Spring 22 release is coming. The release notes are out and there are five new Digital HQ features targeted at enabling seamless integration between Slack and Salesforce solutions that improve identity management, Experience Cloud, Pardot and Tableau CRM.
