The SL-D500 – a companion for crafters

End of January I visited the Creativeworld in Frankfurt. It showed me again how many synergies there are between the crafting and the photo world. It also opened my eyes on what a perfect tool the SL-D500 could be for crafting, scrapbooking and cardmaking.

I could test die cutting, creasing and also learned how to create 3d-embellishments, all using the duplex prints I had taken with me.

A large number of cutting dies are available for 10x15cm and smaller. The SL-D500 with its simplex and duplex print capability in photo quality opens up the opportunity to crafters to include the world around them in their designs and creations.

Think about a field full of yellow dandelions or a garage with an old wooden door with the cracked painting peeling off. All this can now be used to make a design even more personal, more “me”.

And for those that need it larger, the SureLab D1000A will do the trick: capable of doing duplex from 10x15 to A4 paper sizes with a wide range of formats available in Glossy and Luster and two grammages (190gsm/225gsm). In addition, the roll media will allow to print any length from 5cm to 1000m on 9cm, 10cm, 13cm, 15cm, 20cm and 21cm wide roll paper.
