I enjoyed speaking with the Detroit Free Press about Dan Gilbert's plans for the old Hudson's site in Downtown Detroit. With construction starting in just a few months, it is slated to be the tallest building in Detroit. It's an exciting time for the city, but many are cautious as, historically speaking, new skyscrapers have often been followed by a recession.
