The Sky Is Falling: We Anticipate With Joy!

As incomprehensible as it sounds, we like the
sensation of stress. The incomparable
indecision of our stuck minds elicits more focused attention to our limbs,
forcing us to experience being alive. Yes, invigoratingly alive!
During stressful times, when our heart rate quickens, accompanied by
increased blood flow, we enjoy the excited pleasure it invokes. Sort
of like what happens to a penis when it engorges in erection; the bodily
sensation releases more oxygen to the body’s major organs and muscles. We get high on the endorphins as they flood
the bloodstream acting as natural painkillers. We breathe harder while our
digestion slows down, attempting to stimulate our cells for action.

More importantly, if, in the midst of stress
induced times, we could learn to release more of the pessimistic forethought and saturated doomsday energetic responses, as we must
do, in the act of pleasure filled, erotically climatic, intercourse, we could
see how stress accentuates our lives.
But, not IF we are determined to declare, “The sky is falling”, as
Chicken Little notoriously spurned and then, run for the nearest covered building. Difficulties tend to show up when we continue to
dwell on non-existent prefabricated outcomes of doom and despair. We're so damned special, remember?  And, why else would they be
called OUR  difficulties?

It’s
all a matter of allowing nature to take its course. Do not label or assign
‘preferred outcomes’ to events which have not yet transpired. We, in all
actuality, do not know what‘s best. Certainly not for ourselves, and least of all for others! Those "not yet seen" results fall under the mysterious category of
sublime significance and sacred parliament.
In other words, we have no swaying influence in the matter, whatsoever.
And, when we believe we do, we are causing ourselves all sorts of paranoid
delusions.

Here's the deal for real: It's ALL just happening!

We
must get our hands, nose, mind, ears and voice out of the matter. Let it unfold
without our bickering, fretting and constant irritating forecasting of disaster.
When we gear up for such impending finality, the nervous system pumps
inordinate amounts of hormones and chemicals, throughout the body which will
drain our natural reserves. As with filling a car with gas, IF we continue to
pump gas in the tank after it is full, the excess runs on the ground with no
productive purpose served. The same goes for pumping too much food into our
stomach, the body will surely suffer for it.

Unless we
are willing to work continuously and committedly, with focused attention,
dedicated to crucify the monkey mind we possess by bringing the sly snake under
submission, during these ever flowing ‘seasons of change’, we will anxiously
be baffled by our ever changing neurotic saturated moods. And, adding insult
to injury, we will discover, the capricious mind will betray us when we need it the most. In other words, it will quickly jump ship without any forewarning.

Minds are programmed to diffuse in periods of high level stress.

Why on
earth would we psychologically melt in the times of so-called crises? For no other reason than we are learning how
to be truly unreservedly human. To learn how to experience what's happening in full animated splendor. No skirting around the issues. In doing so, we will encounter all sorts of
different/difficult experiences that we will leave us without obvious answers, apparent solutions
and/or revealing facts, beforehand.

The personal
journey through Earth does not unfold from an established and maintained comprehensible
level we can access, but from an unapproachable celestial point of reference. It’s hidden from our
present view. Unless, we are NOT looking for a beneficial outcome.  We do not currently have the ‘right of entry’ of ineffable understanding,
nor are we supposed to. But, once having
gone through the arduous path, along with the necessary life-enhancing elements, the ones we may  privy to,
will be granted the stillness necessary to carry on.

Am I
saying all the immeasurable pieces of life’s puzzle will be given to us? No. We
will constantly be led astray into all sorts of meaningless distractions and
diversions which bring no lasting value of intelligible consequence. It’s all part of the ‘learning to be truly
human’ process. We must experience every facet without dodging the hard balls. However,
acute self-observation, during times of unexpected stressful episodes, will demand
our full awareness in order to evolve beyond present limiting scenarios of depleting
energy and bring with it new vigor and vitality. You might even find some delicious sublime, sensual, artistic energy in the mix!

Becoming more
aware of just how we fall into self-ingrained patterns of self-debilitating
worry and concern, will release us from a period of undue added nervous
tension. Do we really need to exacerbate
so much unexpected trauma (change) to awaken us? Yes. I'm afraid so. To break out of the habitual mold of resisting
change is never easy but it is certainly incredibly rewarding and
life-rejuvenating.
