The Sky is Not Falling
This will never get old and I will never stop posting appreciation to our supplier partners! The employee survey response below proves that it is POSSIBLE and we are ABLE to provide excellent service even during the (1) peak season (2) with driver and labor shortages and (3) increase in fuel costs.
Employee Survey Response: "Our move coordinator was absolutely incredible! She was PROACTIVE!! She always picked up the phone, she always checked in on us, and she always had an answer QUICKLY. Truly cannot thank her enough for her help and making this experience a most positive one".
"In addition, the moving crew was incredible! They were so friendly, great communicators, professional and fun! I love when a team can have fun on the job! They took very good care of our things. They were also extremely hard workers. They even stayed late to finish the job a day early! I cannot say enough good things about the crew at origin! We fed them food each day and they were also extremely grateful!? If we move again, we will absolutely be requesting your services again".

*** So it is POSSIBLE and we are ABLE when we as partners challenge ourselves to focus our energies more to find ways to continue to improve service and less on simply rehashing the hardships and lack of this- and- that. I do acknowledge and am not making light that our industry indeed has very valid challenges. (As a side note, I believe what we are able to accomplish in our industry is amazing and that we are much too hard on ourselves). Lets together make conscientious efforts to use our negative energy to produce positive solutions.
They say that "positive energy can heal the universe". Well then just imagine what it can do for the mobility industry?.....and that's the other side of the coin!
