The Sky 2 Difference — Payload Flexibility
At Flytrex, we don't just aim to improve drone technology—we set out to solve real-world delivery challenges. When designing our new Sky 2 drone, one of our main areas of focus was understanding and adapting to our partners' diverse delivery and packaging needs, going beyond simply carrying packages.
Our previous FTX drone model revealed a critical limitation: its design restricted certain package types and sizes. We quickly recognized a growing need for a more adaptable design. Our restaurant and retail partners consistently communicated their requirement for a solution that could work with their existing packaging without demanding complex operational reengineering.
Through extensive conversations with our partners, we uncovered a crucial insight: businesses are inherently resistant to modifying their established packaging and processes. This became our guiding principle in designing the Sky 2—create a drone that works harmoniously with existing systems, not against them.
This philosophy led us to completely rethink our drone's package lifting mechanism. The Sky 2's innovative lifting and anchoring system is truly revolutionary, functioning as a universal delivery solution. We can now effortlessly deliver a wide range of items—from a single piping hot cup of coffee to two 16" pizzas with a large soda—using the restaurant's original packaging. No custom boxes, no process changes—just seamless, flexible delivery.
With Sky 2, we're reimagining food delivery in a way that simplifies life for our partners and customers. From your favorite pizzeria to local cafes, we're making every delivery faster, easier, and more adaptable than ever before.

3 个月This seems a great advance, congratulations! Is there a big dynamic effect on the flight of the drone for different payloads? Is it very relevant to adjust properly its center of gravity, for instance? Thanks a lot!
