SKO: Catalyst to Democratize Knowledge and Learning

In my customer and partner meetings I have been calling 2022 “the year of digital catalysts” because IBM technology is playing such a critical role in accelerating progress of so many important areas in today’s business and world: enabling the future of hybrid work with Data and AI, bringing resiliency to global supply chains with automation, achieving sustainability for big organisations with IBM mainframe and hybrid cloud, and doing all of this while providing a foundation to keep businesses secure.?

For me personally every Quarterly Sales Kick Off(SKO) is catalyst to?democratize knowledge and learning?which has a direct impact on?business growth.?It?embodies what Arvind calls in his?open letter- catalyst of progress for our customers, partners and world. By bringing sales skills, technical skills and use cases together, SKOs?are creating?a flywheel of GROWTH?that keeps the momentum going.

I was able to get together with many of team members in person last few weeks-Ton of laughs, lots of new faces, many familiar faces too – and a reminder that community is at the center of our ability to work as an organization at our very best. Community isn’t just defined by all being in the same office hallway. It is defined by?shared context, shared values, and shared experiences. I encourage you to find that shared experience during SKO2.?
