Forget about it If you want gorgeous Skin! Limit your sugar intake. Did you know that it causes your Skin to look dull & it can also contribute to Wrinkles? It's true! When sugar enters the bloodstream a natural process called Glycation begins ( Google that!) The more sugar you eat, the more the Collagen & Elastin of your Skin is damaged. Since those two are responsible for the support & structure of your Skin..... you're in trouble if you eat too much sugar.
