SkillsFactor 2024: An ode to NARI SHAKTI!

We commenced with SkillsFactor in 2020 to educate the youth on the merit of skilling. Over the years, the event got bigger and better. We invite industry experts across disciplines to strike up a one-on-one conversation with the youth while addressing the in-demand requirements.

SkillsFactor is an open platform enabling learners to exchange their views, resolve queries relating to their career path and start accelerating their interest in the desired direction to achieve growth.

The entire day is filled with sessions on tech and non-tech topics covered by industry stalwarts in their fields. Thus, the platform brings together the youth, the industry and the community as a whole to share and learn something new from each other.

SkillsFactor is generally a 12-hour event that starts in the morning and ends in the evening. This day sees several back-to-back, skill-based sessions that answer the most pressing questions the youth of today have about respective topics, career paths, jobs, etc.

SkillsFactor in 2023 was designed to be a full-day event with the “26th” as the theme with Yuwaah as an event partner. The concept of “26 January – 26 minutes each session” was continued.

Over 15 different sessions in Tech, Non-Tech and even soft skills and communication were conducted throughout the day. The event saw a footfall of more than 15,000 registrations and throughout the day, we had approximately 8,000+ live attendees, with a minimum of 800 participants per session.

Last season, we launched the unique referral program extending our gratitude to the learners and including them as we enliven our efforts at skilling the youth.

On January 25th, 2024, at 8.00 am, we aim to launch another successful session of SkillsFactor.

On the occasion of the 75th Republic Day of India, EduBridge is organizing the 4th Edition of this event this year! This year’s theme is “Celebrating Nari Shakti: Empowering Women, Inspiring Nation’s Pride”, which amplifies the celebration of women’s resilience, creativity and unshakeable spirit. A full-day, virtual, talent and skills-based mega-event- SkillsFactor 2024, will be held on January 25, 2024, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. SkillsFactor is India’s largest Skills Marathon Platform and will include several skill-based sessions of 40 minutes each. Participants would be majorly in the age groups of 18+ years and will include everyone from fresh graduates to working professionals. They will get a chance to learn about various skills from the best industry speakers representing a variety of sectors which could help the participants build sustainable careers or switch their career paths as per their strengths!
