2 个月The essence of agile projects needs "time management" and "critical Thinking" skills too. Getting the best decision too late or too much time spending on deep thinking can damage being agile. These two skills are like two sides of a seesaw! Balancing is the matter.

2 个月Agile and waterfall are definitely quite different! From my experience, the biggest change is in mindset ?? Agile teams need to be okay with uncertainty and quick changes—adaptability is crucial. Have you ever seen a strict waterfall approach in action? In my 12+ years in telecom and IT, I haven’t come across it.
