I ran a check of the job market recently as I have friends seeking roles as a Digital Transformation Lead. While I have been a lead as the Records Lead for Digital Transformation the actual lead Project Officer was our business Analyst. She was studying for her Master's Degree, and the organization supported her by giving her this Project Lead Role in introducing M365 and coordinating the Records Management change, the replacement technology rollout, the cultural change management, and all else required.? Records Management is not typically a core professional requirement asked for when job advertisements are placed for a Digital Transformation Lead. It may give you an added edge when competing for that desired role.
