Stress is a self-invited emotion that thrives on personal disappointment or inflicted disappointment from another’s self-disappointments in themselves. Stress in the business world is completely reliant on its supporting emotion “assumption”, and both love to go out and play happily in the business world together to create their master emotion “doubt”, and there it is in a nutshell, made up stress. All are completely synthetic and make-believe and all these three ingredients that inflict failure on all levels of business success are completely 100% avoidable.
Where do you start: What’s the quality of your ideas values, your decision making, your interpersonal skills, your love and care values, your promise-keeping, your money relationship with you, how genuine is your generosity? Do you sell because you want others to grow or you to be rich? Are you a big fish in a little pond and ego-driven? Is your business driven by hope or knowing, and how true is that knowing? and so forth.
If you carry the slightest of emotional injury in your personal life your business will play that out regardless of how Camouflaged, you may make it. I cannot shout this loud enough to you “work on yourself, your relationship with life and partner before investing any more of you into your business” Stop hurting your business with your doubt. 4 年Totally agree Paul...I remember speaking to one of my directors, he said he always knew when a good manager started to underperform and it was because something was going on in their personal life. 90% of the time it was a divorce...it happened to myself and took years to realise!
