Let’s put our hands together to welcome MCX?! ?? The SkillGaming team is pleased to announce that we have partnered with MCX? to build MCX Play?, their first gaming platform.
This is consistent with our ongoing efforts to create partnerships not only within the gaming and blockchain industries, but also traditional brick-and-mortar businesses that have a desire to expand their portfolio in the gaming, crypto, and metaverse space.
MCX?, also known as the Meta Commerce Experience?, serves as a digital hub for Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) communities that are based or operating in 16 Central Asian and South East Asia countries. Founded and managed by a group of serial entrepreneurs, ex-bankers and IT professionals, MCX?‘s ultimate goal is to empower SMEs, their customers and their staff to work, play, and stay connected digitally.
MCX? plan is to promote SMEs’ products and services digitally using games and gamification. Their long-term “Audacious Goal” is to integrate and bridge the digital world (through Metaverse) with the real world. MCX? will educate, guide, and support SMEs from traditional sectors — such as Food and Beverages, Fashion and Lifestyle, Tourism, Education, etc. — to dive further into the digital world using gaming as the way to go. This should also help bridge the generation gap within these industries too.
So what does this partnership mean for SkillGaming? Well, we will be the technical backbone and gaming provider, and potentially Metaverse provider too. We will build MCX Play?, an easy-to-play hyper-casual minigames play-to-earn gaming platform. It will allow gamers of all ages to deposit via fiat (USD to various local currencies) using a range of methods including e-wallets, bank transfers, and even major cryptos. MCX Play will start with 130 games, and new games will be introduced on a weekly or biweekly basis to keep the gamers engaged.
?? Gamers can play for free in XP mode or for real money by engaging in Challenge, Duel and War “play-to-earn” modes. Challenge mode allows players to play against the PC whilst with Duel Mode users can play against their friends and foes. War is a 24-Hour mini tournament that pays the best players 80% of the prize pot when the war is over.
As part of their monetization plan, MCX? will get its MCX? Members, its Partners, and SMEs to sign up as affiliates under MCX Play? to promote skilled gaming to their respective customers and communities, and they will earn whenever these gamers play for real money.
