OSI Systems has announced that its security division has been awarded a?$16 million?contract by an international airport to enhance its checkpoint security infrastructure.
According to the company, this airport security checkpoint lane upgrade includes supplying advanced?920CT?screening systems integrated with automated tray return systems (TRS) lanes to streamline security operations.
As part of this award, the company is also expected to provide multi-year maintenance, service and support.

Gallagher Security has announced the debut of an upgraded Security Made Better (SMB), a cloud-based solution delivering integrated security in an app format, at ISC West 2024.
According to the company it has been designed with the same hardware as Gallagher’s enterprise solution, but simplified, this new SMB offers end users and installers additional functionality.
“We’ve added over 20 features in the past two years, all off the back of customer feedback” said Lisa Tubb, Senior Product Manager for SMB.
“Additions like User Codes, Temporary Users and User Access Schedules give our customers more control over their sites, but we’ve also made improvements with our Channel Partners in mind, too."
