But with Digital Transformation, large corporations are successfully walking in their customers’ shoes. They spend significant resources to collect information about what we want including surveys, social, and more. They are building a deep understanding of CX and using that understanding to better satisfy their customers, which is the key to growth.

In this consumer market, "size doesn't matter", all businesses regardless of size need great CX and automation using data to increase revenue, optimize operational efficiencies and grow brand love.

Small businesses typically don't have the resources to do it themselves. So they must pivot and find a managed services to get it done right in order to compete. Remember, 84% of all in-house digital transformations fail, large or small!
