Going through a divorce is incredibly painful for all parties involved. Changes to the life you once lived as a “We” now becoming a “Me”.
This is always a challenging period to navigate, more so today, if you are considering divorce at the moment or the process has already started, especially when we take into account the added overwhelming mental, emotional financial and physical upheaval caused by the onslaught of COVID-19 and the global Black Lives Matter protests.
That said, there really isn’t a good or right time for a marriage or long term relationship to end.
Whenever you are the instigator or at the receiving end, divorce can be incredibly scary and leave you feeling down on yourself. Your life is going to change drastically. The person who you once was is no longer there. That is a lot to wrap your mind around.
I can promise you that you will survive your divorce and that you could even come out of it better and stronger than before. The first step is to start to repair what was broken during the process of your divorce.
In this blog post, I am going to focus on rebuilding your self-confidence. Before we dig into the six ways you can boost your self-confidence today I want to remind you of one thing…
You are worthy of love. You are worthy of forgiveness. You are worthy of a beautiful life.
