SIX SIGMA - Part 6 of 7 - DMAIC - "I is for IMPROVE"

This 11 minute video provides a "quick and dirty" overview of the key elements of Improve phase of Six Sigma's DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) approach to significant improvement and innovation of an existing product, process, service or system. This is the sixth of seven such videos ranging in length from about 10 minutes to about 45 minutes posted here, so that - if interested - you can view the other videos. All videos were recorded in a studio as part of a larger series of presentations delivered at Uppsala University (Sweden). The seventh video will be posted about 12 March 2018. These are posted as a lead-in to a half-day six sigma workshop I will delivering in Orlando, Florida on 10 April, during the week of 8-13 April 2018 at the 30th Shingo International Conference.
