This represents the second of seven brief video lectures recorded in 2016 at Uppsala University in Sweden. This lecture is approximately 23 minutes in length and addresses the definition of six sigma; people of six sigma (champions, master black belts, black belts, and yellow belts); statistical meaning of six sigma; different perspectives (black belt, operations, etc.). Over the coming weeks - one per week - five additional videos that briefly address the phases of the DMAIC approach often used in six sigma: Define - Measure - Analyze - Improve - Control.
