1 年Does Closed Won CRM status solve for the customer? The best sales orgs add value during the sales process, but even here Closed Won is just the beginning of adding real business value. Two non-fluffy stats to caveats any business Closed won data: % of customers that don't successfully onboard % Year 1 churn Not a pop at Richard, Jo or Six & Flow, just think most sales & partner orgs think (and measure) this wrong.
