Six Rules For Rational Thinking

I consider myself a rational human.

But that doesn't mean that all my thoughts are always 100% rational and logical.

If they were, I wouldn't experience self-doubt or self-judgement.

Today I'd like to share with you something I've learnt about rational thinking and how there are rules for thinking which can help you to evaluate your thought processes.
