Fast forward a few years (and over millions later), and we’ve learned that building an ATS that recruiters trust, candidates love, and hiring teams rely on isn’t just about throwing together some forms and a database. It takes AI, automation, deep integrations, and constant evolution—none of which happen overnight.
Yet, HR tech providers still claim they can build one in a few months. Maybe they can build something. But a powerful ATS that actually makes hiring easier? That’s a whole different story.

5 天前The main article is fascinating. I think it's incredible how many run around building "stuff" but it's rushed and lacks any depth. What always fascinated me about the white label model is that you can build what your exceptional at, and then tag in elements of exceptional technology (that sit outside your wheel house) and build the most monumental product in a fraction of time and for a fraction of the cost. I wonder why more don't consider working with a company that white labels their tech?
