The situation will change one day

#newdaynewchapter is a Blog narrative started on March 1, 2021 co-founded by Kishore Shintre & Sonia Bedi, to write a new chapter everyday for making "Life" and not just making a "living"
You can’t unlock every lock with the same key, can you? That's the rule of nature. Nothing in this entire world can be the same in every situation or condition. You have to change, you have to apply a new strategy in every single situation may that be a maths problem or a problem of real life. People do change because they are might preoccupied to deal with their own problems. If they are dealing with their own personal storms, it becomes next to impossible for them to be the same they used to be.
They might be thinking that they are the only one facing troubles in their life and no one is affected except their own self. Before judging anyone we should try to understand them as well as their condition too. Otherwise you might lose a very heart that loved you against all odds… take a glass, now drop it down...now do you think it will be in the same condition ever as it was earlier? I don’t think so, we as human beings we will have to heal with a lot of situations, and every one here is self- fish except your parents.
Like everyone will change according to situation I think that’s what we call survival of the fittest, you can never be same, you may change a little, and you are not even able to notice that change but you are changing, it’s just that you are not able to see it.you learn everyday that is how you change everyday. My opinion, that would depend on situation. You'll always be you, but people are always learning, evolving, changing who they are from their personal experiences in their life. Your most likely not exactly the same person you were 5 years ago.
The situation could be a life lesson, a step towards you becoming the person your meant to become. It'll in my opinion depend on situation. I would ask myself what will create the desired outcome, if changing the situation or changing myself (evolving as person) creates the outcome from the situation you're in. As long as the change creates your desired outcome and/or makes you happy the change(s) you make (weather you change yourself or change the situation) shouldn't be more important to you than achieving positive results that make you happy or improve your life.
First you have to ask yourself if the situation is going to ever change or are you in a no win situation. People who are in a place where settling for anything is better than what may come .maybe you are a person who harps on the bad of every situation all kinds of things to do to try and change first face problem. Then ask what is the chance is it going to happen again .or how many times has it happened you can't let the past stop you so make up your mind and deal or start to lay a plan out and get started.
Doesn’t mean it happened in the past, it can happen again. Focus in the present moment. Look at your surroundings, inside or outside, pay attention to the emotions/feelings/thoughts like you mentioned that might keep coming back. Just observe it like being a watcher, until these disappears. They do. And when they come back, do the same thing. What it does is it prevents your energy to deplete. When you let yourself (ego) get caught up with these thoughts you believe are true, it takes you over. Thus, low energy, feeling uninspired, unmotivated, you just want to feel safe, play small in life although deep down you know you have something to share to the world.
Instead of doing that, you can learn from the past. What could you have done to change the outcome, or what have you learned about yourself that can create a different future. So as an example, if you failed to check the oil level in your car and the engine died one day, when the oil ran out, then the lesson would be to check the oil levels on a regualr basis. So learning what we can from our past experience teaches us to be wiser in our future and we can avoid the same thing happening.
Aside from learning from the past, the past teaches us more about what we want, which would be the opposite of what happened. So being that we are creative beings and to a large degree we create our lives by the choices we make based on the lessons we’ve learned, why not imagine a future reality based on what you do want. When we do this, we are more likely to create a different future, in alignment with what we do desire.
Another big thing to know, is when you keep thinking the same thoughts about the fear of the past becoming your future, you are creating a very strong brain network for that fear. When you notice you are having those thoughts, why not stop the thought in its tracks, and replace it with a picture of what you do want, the different outcome. So using the engine oil, I would show my mind a picture of me checking the oil levels every time I bought petrol, and feeling happy driving my healthy, well running car. Then brain will then create a strong circuit of this picture, because I would think of it often, and in time it will prune away the old fear circuit.
So this is how we can change our thinking. It takes dedication to be aware of what is going on in your mind, and it takes a willingness to change your thinking over and over again until the new thought becomes the default thinking pattern. It can be done, has been done and is changing peoples lives. Now you have the knowledge to be able to start with this in your life Cheers!
