With over 16 years of Sales and Product experience, Siti Khalid, the new CEO/President of TaikiUSA, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the TaikiUSA team and our customers. As a proven leader, she will focus on creating a better customer experience and advancing our science-backed solutions.

During her tenure at TaikiUSA, Siti managed and developed major global brands. She transitioned their business from focusing on beauty tools to skincare products such as wet tissue and masks.

Siti led the Product Development team in evolving the skincare product category, introducing the facial mask business to the US. Her team expanded the reach of our manufacturers to include partner factories, enabling TaikiUSA to diversify product categories, such as targeted treatment patches and blemish spot treatments.

Siti extensively traveled to different countries to better understand trends, integrating these insights into the US market. She managed an internal team that facilitated the breakdown of silos, creating an infrastructure with streamlined processes for Product, Sales, Logistics, and Marketing, providing access and visibility throughout the supply chain.

Now, as President/CEO of TaikiUSA, Siti is responsible for all aspects of the business, including leading and supporting an all-female-led organization and managing the financial growth of TaikiUSA. Her goal is to revolutionize the personal care industry with a commitment to science-backed beauty, sustainable products, and women’s initiatives.

“I am honored and excited to lead TaikiUSA on our journey of helping brands succeed. We are now an all-women organization, and we are all very passionate about the beauty industry. We have first-hand knowledge of what consumers want and use this to create strategies to build our business,” says Khalid.

One of Siti’s notable professional accomplishments is the development and growth of the mask category. Taiki started as a Japanese company offering masks and grew into the largest global supplier of sheet masks. Before the popularity of K-Beauty, TaikiUSA tapped into the Korean market and was able to broaden our mask and formula offerings within three years, fundamentally altering the course of business for TaikiUSA.

What sets Siti apart is her well-rounded experience, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the industry.? She has directly engaged with customers, understanding their needs and goals, and she has worked on the supply side, gaining insights into products and consumer needs.?

Siti has her MBA in Finance and Management from Fordham Business School. Leveraging her diverse capabilities and passion, she is poised to lead the organization as a leader in the personal care market.
