Everyone needs to take website security seriously. This article series will cover three tools to help ensure that your website is secure. So let's start with the first one.
Put the URL of your site into?this tool?and it’ll tell you exactly why your visitors are not seeing that padlock in the address bar of their browser. The padlock is important because Google has included it as one of its many signals that determine your position in search results since 2018. Plus, many browsers and some corporate networks will block sites that aren’t secure.
The results of this report will most likely be somewhat technical and may require you to work with your hosting company. Your hosting company should be able to help you fix most of the reported issues. If they refuse to help or refer you to a web developer, then please feel free to?reach out to us.
