• Create Tenant as below??

System => Data Exchange => choose Connect for Dynamics Tenant

Set name wait while it will be created as below

• Configuring Endpoints

Configure connection string names for xConnect and xDBRef database?in the followings

xConnect Client Endpoint?

Configure and Generate Dynamic Model?

Download the Model from the following path:?

Upon, clicked on this button the model will be downloaded in json format.?

?Place the file (Sitecore.DataExchange.Tools.DynamicsConnect.Models.DynamicsConnectCollectionModel, 1.0.json) in the following paths:

• C:\inetpub\wwwroot\sc103.xconnect\App_Data\Models\
• C:\inetpub\wwwroot\sc103.xconnect\App_Data\jobs\continuous\IndexWorker\App_Data\Models\

Run Troubleshooter to validate the xConnect connection?

• Go to the below path in Sitecore and Run Troubleshooter button from DataExchange Menu?

Configure CRM connection string??

Sitecore Connect uses the Microsoft XRM tooling to connect to Microsoft Dynamics. A?connection string?that is compatible with this tooling is required. Your Microsoft Dynamics administrator can provide the proper connection string.?

Add the connection string to the ConnectionStrings.config file on your Sitecore server.?

Please note the followings?

• Contacts need to be pulled must have activities to be appeared in experience profile?

• We need to run two batches ?
• Dynamics Contacts to xConnect Sync?

• Dynamics Activities to xConnect Sync?

• In Dynamics Contacts to xConnect Sync?

• Clear request at date from batch?

• Once Last Run Finished is updated that mean batch had been applied ?

• In Dynamics Activities to xConnect Sync?

• Select all Supported Pipeline Batch Modes?
