About the Role:

As a Site Manager, you'll be the linchpin for all site activities, ensuring the project runs smoothly, on schedule, and within budget. Supported by a dedicated Project Manager and Contract Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Subcontractor Management:?Efficiently manage and schedule all subcontractors.

Quality and Safety Oversight: Maintain our high standards of site safety and quality management.

Leadership:?Conduct toolbox meetings and report directly to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.

What You'll Need:

Proven Experience:?A track record in delivering projects over $ 10 million from start to completion in Victoria.?

Leadership Skills:?At least 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager with a mid-tier building company, showcasing your ability to manage trades and coordinate on-site activities.

Communication Excellence:?Outstanding communication, time management, and leadership skills, with a strong ability to handle OHS issues effectively.
