Sentri Group are currently working with a privately owned developer based in Hampshire who are looking to appoint a Site Manager in Camden, North West London.
As an established developer with a fantastic reputation the client is looking to recruit a Site Manager with traditional build housing experience to manage projects up to around 20 units from inception through to completion.
A great regional development company specialising in the creation of high-quality homes across Greater London and the Home Counties, particularly in Greater London, Surrey and Hampshire.
They are IT driven and are always looking for ways to improve the way we work. Experience and a pragmatic approach to the job is essential.
With the business adopting a free-thinking ethos the client is looking for a Site Manager to take ownership of the scheme and to utilise their expertise in shaping the way the project is delivered. They will be receptive to your ideas, thoughts, and suggestions.
Client facing and commercially astute you will be a ‘hands on’ Site Manager capable of delivering schemes to programme and budget. In addition to being a strong communicator, written and verbal, you will build strong working relationships with senior managers, subordinates, sub-contractors, and external consultants.
The right candidate will have a stable career history with residential developers and possess experience of delivering new build residential schemes of distinction. Preference would be professionally qualified with a valid first aid and health and safety accreditation.
The project is in Camden, North London consisting of 1 commercial unit and 9 apartments over 3 floors, the client is looking to appoint a Site Manager and currently residing within a realistic commuting distance.
Candidates must have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS certificates as well as having previously worked for medium developers and be able to manage a site team.
On offer for these roles is a salary of between £55,000 - £65,000 p.a. and excellent benefits package.
The client is seeking to appoint an individual who is proven within a Site Manager role and has a track record of bespoke developments, coupled with a stable employment history gained working for recognised main contractors.
