Site manager - 9 months - Amsterdam

My client is a Chemical production facility and has a large operations and manufacturing facility near Amsterdam that requires an experienced Site manager.?

In this role you are responsible for overall operations and all the aspects for the manufacturing facility such as production, engineering, and maintenance. In addition to this you will be responsible for financial performance of the site. This role is for someone with experience in all components.

SITE MANAGER

START: July / August 2023

LOCATION: Amstererdam Area, Netherlands???

DURATION: 9 Months initial contract

?Specification:

·????????10 + years' experience within the (petro)chemical industry

·????????5 years’ experience as plant or site manager

·????????People Management Experience and strong Change Management skills leading teams of 5+ people.

·????????Clear ability to drive a high performance culture

·????????English & Dutch Speaking.

This will be working on the chemical production facility and will require someone who is interested in a major role managing a variety of teams and activities simultaneously.
