Siskel And Ebert and Relationships

According to Challengers, tennis is a relationship. We all need proper motivation to reach the proper mindset. I'm Gene Siskel from The Chicago Tribune.

"And I'm Roger Ebert from The Chicago Sun-Times. Challengers is inspirational on many levels. Long term relationships in their field- it is more than hitting a ball with a racket.

GS: Isn't every job a relationship?

RE: Some feel like a ball and chain.

GS: I can relate. You have to take others seriously and have an exchange of ideas. You and I don't go out.

RE: It happens more often than it once did.

GS: More than "Never". I hope there is a mutual appreciation. Anyone can treat others with respect.

RE: That has fallen from American society. Work is a relationship. Hopefully there is a supervisor who allows you to grow and work efficiently. Did you like Challengers?

GS: Yes. It's nice seeing young people having sex in movies. That disappeared in later years.

RE: It was not the only reason to watch the film, either. How about summer movies? I enjoyed The Fall Guy. The box office was not as good as it should have been.

GS: Doesn't mean it wasn't a good film. We review foreign films, independent movies, films we saw at film festivals and want to see an interesting movie regardless of the budget. I am not a producer and won't lose anything except the two hours of an enjoyable film that I hope to revisit.

RE: That's always a good sign. It seems like May has good movies, June is desolate and there will be better options in July.

GS: There are more mindless options in June. Why is Bad Boys a franchise?

RE: Some movies go to the well too many times. There may or may be a Lethal Weapon 5.

GS: I'm too old for that. The final film we shall review is Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes. Humans always take a back seat in this franchise.

RE: They are almost the bad guys. This is supposed to begin a trilogy. Wouldn't it be interesting if there is a goal of peace between apes and humans? We had Battle and War For the Planet of the Apes. Why not Peace Accord of the Planet of the Apes?

GS: It is tempting to write the movies. We have to review them. This is probably the best franchise running currently.

RE: Probably. The Fast and Furious movies are supposed to conclude-

GS: If any franchise concludes anymore.

RE: True. It makes the Back To the Future trilogy better. They came to a conclusion and never went back to the well. (to the camera) That's all the time we have. There is always time to cultivate better relationships and find motivation in your job.

GS: Even if does not inspire a movie of a love triangle.

RE: I had an easier time believing the love triangle than the fact an American male tennis player won multiple titles.

GS: Movies are magic. An American male could break through. There could also be a worthwhile James Bond movie.

RE: The producers lost the urgency to make new movies. They need to correct the mistakes of 007's monogamy. He settled for Madeline Swann. Q seemed to have a better private life.

GS: Onward and upward. The sooner they make a new film, the less scrutiny over No Time To Die. Some of the movies look better in retrospect.
