It recently brought together 300 delegates to the Clayton Hotel, Dublin to launch its new strategies and discuss ways to make a bigger impact to its clients. David was delighted to be invited to make the closing keynote speech and worked closely with the HR team to build a session that would truly challenge and inspire the audience.?

In it he looked at the characteristics of high performing cultures and?how businesses can build meaningful collaboration in everything that they do every day. He also discussed the real science of how we can bring innovation alive?in?daily tasks and examined the extraordinary power of candid communication in the workplace.

As Uniphar Medtech takes a patient-centric approach in every decision it makes, David used his keynote to demonstrate how every team member can take ownership of who they are and what they do to best contribute towards the organisation.?
