The Sir Ratan Tata Scholarship
Indian students beginning postgraduate studies at the University of Liverpool are eligible for the Sir Ratan Tata Scholarship. The scholarship programme is open to one-year master's degree candidates in the subject of development studies, with a concentration on science and technology studies and developmental economics.
·????At the University of Liverpool, only full-time studies are acceptable for the Sir Ratan Tata?Scholarship.
·????The sum of the scholarship pays for both living expenses and tuition.
·????The monies from the Sir Ratan Tata Scholarship are not transferable to subsequent semesters.

Eligibility requirements:
·????The candidates must choose a full-time programme on campus in order to qualify for the University of Liverpool's Sir Ratan Tata Scholarship.
·????In addition, candidates must meet the following criteria:
·????must be an Indian national and resident.
·????must be younger than 35 years of age.
·????must have a stellar UG academic record.

Application Process
·????Students from India who are interested in the scholarship can submit an application on the Tata Trust website.
·????Application form submissions must be accompanied by the following paperwork.
·????bank passbook scan as evidence of low-income household
·????Aadhar Card scan as identification evidence.
·????University of Liverpool letter of acceptance or offer.
·????the writing of a scholarship essay in which the applicant explains why they are qualified for the scholarship.
·????800 word maximum for the personal statement
·????If the applicant is a student, a professor's letter of recommendation is required.
Grant Details
Students can take advantage of great possibilities through the Sir Ratan Tata Fund without having to worry about financial constraints. The Sir Ratan Tata Scholarship is only available to Indian nationals who want to study for a year at the University of Liverpool. The chosen students' living costs and tuition are covered by the award. One scholarship is awarded at a time. Applications for the University of Liverpool's next fall semester will be accepted until May.
