While you run for a mug of coffee, well I get a smoothie.
Why? I just hate coffee...
So, to feel like a normal corporate chic in the morning, I decided a smoothie was the way to go. And, guess what my favourite smoothie is... are you ready? A mix of sweet potato leaves (matembele in Kiswahili), mangoes, and yogurt... yummy!!
A cold smoothie is refreshing even when you are under pressure, drowning in deadlines, and swimming in a river of never-ending to-do lists. These delightful concoctions of blended goodness have become my ultimate workday companions, and let me tell you, the love affair is real.
