I was on the other side this time!

The Real Estate Lady in Red, hasn't hosted a quarterly Paint 'N Sip, Homebuyer's Edition, in a couple of quarters.

Two of my colleagues, hosted one on Thursday, April 27, so we, myself and aspiring Realtists, Realtors? & eXp Realty of California, Inc., Agents, my daughter and her friend, grabbed some tickets and went to support!

Sip 'N Paints, Paint 'N Sips - however you want to call it, the Homebuyer's Edition, is an informative afternoon or evening where potential homebuyers come and learn all about how to buy a home. Realtors? and Mortgage Lenders, give a presentation on what is needed to become a homeowner and are available to make appointments for a personal one-on-one consultation. Participants paint what they envision as their home or home decor. They take their masterpiece home so it can be an inspiration for them to do what it takes to become a homeowner.

There was camaraderie with other team members there to show their support, food, music and drink.

Fun and informative.

I know, I know, I don't have on red, besides lipstick, necklace & earrings. It wasn't my event!
