The Sinister Plot Against India's Entry-Level Engineers

The relentless criticism of entry-level engineers in India has become a disturbing trend. While it may seem like a simple commentary on the state of engineering education, a deeper analysis reveals a sinister plot to keep their wages low.

Industry stalwarts, who have a vested interest in minimizing labour costs, have been at the forefront of this bashing. Their statements, often issued with authority, have created a negative perception of entry-level engineers. This perception, in turn, justifies the low salaries offered to these young professionals.

The government, unfortunately, has failed to protect the interests of its citizens. Instead of advocating for fair wages and working conditions, it has often aligned with the moneybags. The ease with which voters can be misled has made it a convenient strategy for the government to prioritize corporate interests over those of the common man.

Entry-level engineers, lacking a strong voice, have been unable to effectively counter the negative narrative against them. This has left them at the mercy of corporate interests, who dictate their worth.

It's important to remember that India has a proud history of producing world-class engineers. The country's dominance in the service industry is a testament to the talent and skills of its engineers. The continuous bashing of entry-level graduates for short-term corporate benefits is a short-sighted approach that has serious repercussions for India's image as a global engineering powerhouse.

The Indian political class, unfortunately, has shown little concern for the plight of the youth. They are more interested in their own image makeover than in addressing the real issues facing the country. The neglect of the entry-level engineering community is just one example of this short-sightedness.

It is time for a change. The government must take a more proactive role in protecting the interests of its citizens, including entry-level engineers. Industry stalwarts must be held accountable for their harmful rhetoric. And most importantly, entry-level engineers themselves must unite and demand fair treatment. Only then can we hope to dismantle the sinister plot against India's young engineering talent.
