This month marks 15 years since CEO Stuart Berwick and CTO Paul Dyson founded Singletrack. We want to thank all our colleagues, partners, clients and friends of the company who have supported us along the way.

Meet the team | Michael Maddox

I’m Michael Maddox - known to many simply as Maddox - and this year I joined Singletrack as Business Development Director, working out of our New York office.

In my role here, I love working with prospective and new clients, learning about the business issues they face and helping find solutions to get them where they want to be. A big theme at the moment is doing more with less, and it’s really satisfying to help people get there.

The variety of my role is great - there’s no typical work day. Looking after new business in North America, I spend my time working on growth strategy, prospecting new targets, engaging with prospects, negotiating commercials and looking for that all-important signature!

Away from work I love to travel, and I’ve visited 49 countries so far. I spent three years in Cameroon, Central Africa as a Peace Corps volunteer - the toughest job I’ve ever loved! Whenever I travel for work I always take the opportunity to see a bit of the places I go. My favourite place I’ve visited is Salvador, Brazil, and I love any food from across the continent of Asia.

I hope to meet lots of you in the course of my travels with Singletrack - we can swap tips!
