Over the last two months we have had multiple contracts in excess of 900 units each come across our desks but we are also seeing more residential clients building their own dream homes via the local builder market.

The above is one such contract that showcases our work in this sector of construction.

This development is a project built to a premium specification with renewable energy requirements and designed with future extensions in mind, which culminate to provide a fabulous family home.

From scant planning drawings we measured and priced all quantities for the complete build.?We then negotiated and won this project for our client, Frederick J French (Contracts) Limited.

Now on site, we provide the full range of commercial support in the form of valuations, variation control and subcontract procurement and management.
