Birkenau, December 2024. Whisky in its rarest form: BEMBEL-WITH-CARE proudly presents a limited-edition Single Malt Whisky infused with the flavors of the Odenwald. Aged for three years in Apfelwein-soaked oak barrels, only 407 bottles of this unique spirit have been produced.

Apfelwein can do it all—even refine whisky. The Apfelwein innovators at BEMBEL-WITH-CARE were certain of this when they embarked on a secret project over three years ago. Collaborating with the Beerfurth Edelobst Distillery, they aged several whisky casks, the twist being that the oak barrels were pre-soaked in Apfelwein. The result is a Single Malt Whisky with a golden hue, a pleasantly smooth and rounded taste, and subtle notes of apple and ripe fruits. With only 407 hand-numbered bottles, this whisky is a true collector’s item.

The premium spirit comes in a high-quality 0.5L glass bottle with a wooden stopper and will be available exclusively through the BEMBEL-WITH-CARE online shop starting December 1, 2024. The recommended retail price is €79.90.
