Hi! Today’s post is a short one but very important.?
As a small business owner for over a decade, I know you know exactly how hard it is to keep up.?
The gurus tell you that you need to “be everywhere”, right? There are a thousand things for you to do every single day.?
Inevitably that is going to lead to tasks of varying degrees of importance slipping through the cracks. Marketing often being one of the first items to be pushed back.?
The biggest problem facing small businesses is…
Consistency
One month you're doing great, you do some prospecting, you sign some new clients, and have cashflow to operate.?
Then the next month you take your foot off the gas to focus on working with your clients.?
You not only sign zero clients but you actually lose an existing one.?
Rinse and repeat. Up, down, up, down.
Why is consistency such a problem?
Time. People THINK they don’t have the time.
They think that proper lead generation, nurture, and branding have to take up a ton of time. So it may be family responsibilities, their day-to-day role at their business, or they may just have a whole lot going on but whatever it is…
They feel like right now is just not the right time to do things the right way.
But I want to tell you that’s false. It’s a myth made up in their heads.
Every single person has the time to get 100-200 leads and sign high-paying clients every month. The type of clients that can change the direction of your business.

Consistent Results?
To consistently get premium leads coming through the door, you need to build authority and trust, be consistent in getting on their radar, and then of course, invite them to a meeting.
To generate leads reliably, you NEED a playbook that allows you to find and warm-up the RIGHT prospects before you ever ask them to speak with you, let alone to work together.
And that right there is what I discovered to be the KEY - you need a systematic way to warm up your prospects FIRST...focusing on relationships (before giving them a sales pitch!)
