Singapore’s Great Places to Work - Rackspace is one of them !!

I'm extremely delighted to announce that Great Places to Work? Singapore has named Rackspace as third Best Workplace? in the Small Workplace category for 2019. The Great Place to Work list recognizes companies with high-trust and high-performing workplace cultures, based on anonymous survey feedback from employees. This recognition is, therefore, a testament to our efforts to empower Rackers to do whatever is necessary to deliver a Fanatical Experience?. What an honor to lead such an energetic group of people !

Rackspace is no stranger to the Great Places to Work list in Asia-Pacific, with the Australian office featuring in the top 20 for the last seven years and taking the 13th spot on Australia’s Best Place to Work in the “Under 100 employees” category last month. We were also ranked 9th on last year’s list of Best Workplaces in Asia.

Rackspace’s belief that each employee should be able to express their identity freely and bring their whole selves to work is what makes this organization stand out amongst the crowd. The reason is simple: People perform their best when they feel good throughout their day.

Our Singapore office opened only two years ago and is made up of a diverse workspace, which champions inclusiveness. Our differences in background, experiences, skills, and more can empower us to think out of the box and generate innovative ideas to help customers achieve their goals. In 2019, we’ve been able to achieve many things, and my highlights include:

• Being named Managed Cloud Service Provider of the Year by Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific for the fourth consecutive year. This acknowledgment of our ability to innovate and set a positive change within the region provided us an opportunity to celebrate the growth and successes we’ve seen throughout the year.
• Our brand relaunch to coincide with Rackspace’s 20th Anniversary, a launch that allowed us to celebrate who we’ve become as a company, our people and our successes.

Rackers are fun, collaborative, and a rare breed. We have one thing in common – our drive for success as a unified team. The culture, the people, and the opportunity Rackspace has to offer have had a huge impact on me. There is a saying ‘Once a Racker, Always a Racker’. Regardless of where we are located, we have a common understanding and trust.
