Sindhu Priya - My Cute Devil

She joined in my team last year June 1st.

The first impression I got when I saw her is "A Cute Little Lady"

This is her second job and she left the previous one because of inconvenient shifts. 

She is not from Recruitment back ground and she doesn't know anything about digital marketing. She doesn't even has a Facebook account.

We slowly started giving Recruitment works .

Along with recruitment, We also told her to handle Facebook official page.

Recruitment : 

     She spoke with many consultancies and started recruiting for Academic wing also, which is very very tough.

     She started "Employee Reference" mails by which we got very good response and helped us to fill the vacancies with a very shot period of time.

Now people started waiting for her mail to refer employees from their known source. Some people even won't wait for the mail and started sending resumes. 

She saves all the resumes and when ever a vacancy arises, she first gives priory to those .

                  Starting I made her to sit along with me when ever I take interviews. With in no time she learned interviewing skills and she started taking first rounds effectively. 

   Now, Trust me. Though it sounds exaggerating...its true. She is handling interviews in a very very professional way.

Digital Marketing :

I already created all official pages and channels for Ravindra Bharathi Educational Group in Social Media after I joined in this Organization..

Facebook Page : When I handled our official page, I still remember number of followers are only between 2k to 3k

Now at this moment, the number is 43,177. 

And when I checked the engagement status : it is like awesome.

Before joining here, her dream was to become an Interior designer.

Now she is soo passionate towards digital marketing that I sure that now, no one can stop her growth.

I am soo impressed with her work that I have created a web site for her and gifted her on her birthday.
