Sindalah: Saudi Arabia’s Premier Luxury Island Destination in NEOM

A New Era in Luxury Tourism

Sindalah, the first completed region of NEOM, has officially opened its doors, marking a significant milestone for Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and the Kingdom’s ambitious move into luxury tourism. Launched by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Sindalah is more than just a destination—it’s a new world of experiences. Nestled in the picturesque Tabuk Province, the island offers an idyllic year-round climate and stretches over 840,000 square meters of pristine landscapes and azure waters.

Island Attractions and Experiences

Sindalah’s attractions make it a must-visit for luxury travelers and ocean lovers. Highlights include:

  • Beach Club: A premier spot for relaxation and scenic views
  • Yacht Club: An exclusive club for boating and sailing enthusiasts
  • Golf Course: Perfect for leisure or sport with stunning island views
  • Luxury Resorts: Featuring three luxury hotels, including properties from Marriott and Four Seasons
  • Marina: A state-of-the-art, 86-berth marina for yacht arrivals and departures

A Gateway to the Red Sea

Sindalah is designed to celebrate the region’s natural beauty, acting as a gateway to the Red Sea and its rich biodiversity. The island carefully blends sustainable architecture with advanced technology, preserving the vibrant marine ecosystems home to over 600 native Red Sea species. It is a place where luxury meets environmental responsibility, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s long-term vision for sustainability.

Growth and Future Prospects

With an anticipated 2,400 daily visitors by 2028, Sindalah is expected to create 3,500 jobs and become a driving force in the Kingdom’s tourism sector. Upcoming hospitality projects include a Marriott Luxury Collection beach resort, a city hotel, and an Autograph Collection property, with a 277-key Four Seasons hotel slated for completion by 2026.

Where Nature Meets Vision

Sindalah exemplifies NEOM’s goals, joining other NEOM projects like THE LINE, Oxagon, and Trojena in redefining the future of urban development and tourism. As Saudi Arabia’s tourism sector expands, Sindalah is set to be a symbol of innovation and natural beauty, connecting people to the Kingdom’s unmatched Red Sea treasures.

Dear Taha I have a proposal that can further add to the Island's overall charm. It is a sustainable waste management solution - waste > harmless ash, solar powered, NO incineration NO emissions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JInkau4Qyto If you would like to know more I'd be happy to share. Thank you, kind regards, David Ahimaz
