February and March have been a thrilling journey filled with development, learning, and success moments at SimuRise! We're excited to present the highlights of our most recent events when leaders and managers from top-tier enterprises came together to boost their leadership skills!

Siegwerk X SimuRise (The Quest for King Solomon's Mines)

1) A Three-Day Intervention for Siegwerk: Team SimuRise Conducted a session utilizing the BOA (Business Simulation Experience, Organization Alignment, and Action Planning) Framework.

On Day 1, SimuRise's Business Simulation Experience, "The Quest for King Solomon's Mine (KSM)," cultivated Siegwerk's leaders and managers values, be and mindsets to double their?revenues in the next 5 years

Day 2, In the Organizational Alignment workshop, participants identified the roadblocks and challenges that will stop them from not achieving the goal of the organization, in essence they identified the Square Wheels and worked on them to convert them into best practices, Round Wheels and created an environment to implement the Round Wheels on an ongoing basis. The Round Wheels champions are being?coached by Team SimuRise to implement the Round Wheels in the workplace environment impacting the business outcomes.

Day 3 focused on Action planning, using the SMT framework, helping teams to identify the lag and lead indicators for their departments, constructing a meeting rhythm, and then creating a WWW tracker, enabling teams to identify what needs to be done, by whom, and by when.

2) A Leadership Immersion for a financial services intermediary

Team SimuRise conducted its flagship simulation for HDFC Securities, tailoring "The Quest for King Solomon's Mines" to reflect the company's fundamental values. This effort not only improved participants' skills but also strengthened their connection with the business values, producing a culture of continuous excellence.

3) Collaborative Leadership Workshop:

Team SimuRise conducted a highly engaging and immersive game-based learning experience for developing Collaborative Leadership for Leaders and Managers. This?interactive workshop introduced participants to a dynamic blend of 'play, learning, and apply' methodology,?where they played strategy games powered by AI, then learned certain?metacognitive models and tools, and then empowered them to implement the?learning in real life.?This innovative approach enabled teams to connect, communicate, collaborate, empathize, be vulnerable, and ask for help.?

4) Change Agility Expedition

Our Change Agility Workshop offered a hands-on approach to mastering adaptability. Split into teams, participants faced distinct challenges in breakout rooms, highlighting the importance of change agility through practical exercises and fostering a proactive approach to problem-solving.

5) Empowering The Leaders of a global Pharma Company

In an offsite program for Cipla, SimuRise conducted "The Quest for King Solomon’s Mines," focusing on enhancing leadership skills in collaboration and influence. Leaders and managers at Cipla embarked on a journey of strategic exploration, learning to strike a balance between aggressive pursuit of goals and cautious risk management, thereby fostering a culture of thoughtful action and teamwork.

6) Informist Media's Financial Odyssey

Informist Media engaged with "The Quest for King Solomon's Mines" brought 90 participants together in a testament to the power of team collaboration and strategic agility. This initiative underscored the significance of unity and foresight in achieving corporate milestones.
