Simulations Illustrating The Independence Of Vectors For Science Classroom Use
OVERVIEW
The Independence of Vectors software includes five simulations to illustrate, teach, and practice the concept that vectors act independently if they are perpendicular to one another. Several of the simulations revolve around the well-known problem of a motorboat crossing a moving river. Instructor’s notes are included with suggestions on how to use each of the simulations with your classes and a sample solution of a motorboat problem.
