?? Tara Clarkson shared the 4-day workweek pilot program at Simprints has been a huge success. "A 10% increase in employees feeling they can balance home and work-life. A 10% increase in our Simployees feeling they are more productive. We also decreased our turnover, decreased our time to hire and increased our engagement score." View on LinkedIn .
?? And another!!! Beth Lang has confirmed that Lunio ' 4 day work week trial was a success and is now permanent! Beth gave a quick glimpse into the approach: Before starting the trial asking every department Head what they would deem a success from the trial? What does productivity mean in this department? How do we measure the value this department delivers and their effectiveness? Then measuring to ensure these were at least maintained on those metrics, together with engagement/happiness metrics. ?? Joel Gascoigne shared Buffer 's Open Salary System: how they approach salaries, resolve the issues they identified over time, and set themselves up for another decade of salary transparency. "There are three parts to Buffer’s new salary system, and we intentionally designed the elements of this system to live independently of one another. Market data: Market data of salaries in tech for our company size, which we derive our salaries from. Buffer benchmarks: A grid of the salaries for every role and level we have in the company.
