Our scope of work encompassed diverse tasks, each meticulously designed to elevate the event's effectiveness and accessibility. From the inception of online ticketing and registration services to the seamless execution of on-ground management, our solutions were tailored to meet the unique needs of BNI Expo 2024.

Online Ticketing & Registration:

Our team developed a dynamic microsite for registration, featuring intuitive design and functionality. Attendees could easily select their desired pass category—from Delegate Passes to Visitor Passes and Exhibitor Packages—while sponsors utilized a streamlined process via JotForm. Integrating a payment gateway facilitated seamless transactions, with each paid attendee receiving automated VAT invoices for their records.

On-Ground Registration Management:

At the venue, our dedicated staff managed registration, redemption, and access management with precision. Utilizing QR code technology, attendees swiftly registered on-site, with paid delegates receiving wristbands for entry into the auditorium. Our focus on efficiency ensured smooth operations, allowing participants to navigate the event seamlessly.

Our Android application, custom-built for BNI Expo 2024, served as a powerful tool for on-ground registration management. Equipped with state-of-the-art QR code scanning capabilities, the app enabled swift and accurate registration of attendees at the venue.
