How to Use?KEAP?

  1. Start by defining the competencies required for the role and the weight each competency holds. I recommend listing the competencies used on a daily basis first, followed by those used on a weekly or monthly basis. This way, you can keep them organized based on frequency. Once you have this, you can assign a weight to each competency. The weight of a competency determines how much emphasis is placed on its value — in other words, how important it is.
  2. Now, the manager or HR team will review all the resumes and select those who match these competencies. Those who are moving into the final interview phase will be given a profile. Here, the manager or team will first evaluate if these individuals possess enough experience and knowledge based on what is seen in their resumes.
  3. Once this initial assessment is done, the team assigned to conduct the final interviews (this template was designed to involve 3 team members) will evaluate the candidate based on the defined competencies and general objectives. Additionally, the team will rate the candidate from 1 to 10.
