If you order all of your steel work and all of your tradesmen to turn up on the same day, you’re already in for a struggle to organise it. Perhaps on paper you may feel like you’re growing, you’re multiplying because all your materials and people power are on site, but realistically you’ve gone backwards, over exposed yourself and cost time and money.
