Simplify, empower and work anywhere

Yeah things are interesting at the moment, right? As much as I enjoy considering why something has happened, I prefer finding solutions to problems. Right now, it seem that we need to have decisive action and leadership. Thus I urge you to consider what you can do to help make things simpler, more effective, equal & most importantly, empowering for those in your life.

Empowering people, that should be foremost in our minds. What can be done to empower, people, companies, councils, organisation, cities, countries, etc? If you can empower people to be active and engaged, in these times, you are on the right path.

During the course of 2020 I′ve had the pleasure to be close witness to companies that have empowered the employees, by making the working lives simpler & ultimately as effective as possible under the current circumstances. This is, in any scale, not the end to all issues, however it is worth understanding how removing that friction will empower them to be effective, & may actually remove "some" levels of concern.
